Viktoryia Shydlouskaya (1992, Belarus) graduated from the National Academy of Arts
in Minsk, Belarus and from the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, Netherlands.
Viktoryia paints large size paintings which gives the
onlooker the feelk that he is part of the spectacle she creates. The graduation
work she made for the Royal Academy seems to position the onlooker in the
middle of a pedestrian street full with people Viktoryia painted in her strong
personal and lightly sketchy style . The onlooker seems to become the center
the cheery maelstrom. By position her multi-tych in a half circle this effect
becomes even stronger.
